Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Refrain from using harsh chemicals or cleaning solutions containing bleach, as they can damage the color and texture of the artificial plants. If you need to remove dirt or stains you can use a mild soap on a cloth with warm water. 

How much does shipping cost?

Based on your location and the item you choose to purchase, your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. You will have the option of standard or expedited shipping.

Naturalist does not ship internationally at this time. 

How long does shipping take?

We ship out orders within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Standard shipping arrive anywhere between in 3-7 business days, while Expedited takes only 2 business days.

Returns

We gladly accept returns of, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.

Our extra loose artificial plants were meticulously chosen to complement your new or existing Evergreen Artificial Plant Panels. Easily attach them using the included zip ties, allowing for a secure and hassle-free installation. Simply slide the stem of the plant in place and secure it with a zip tie. Once secure, clip the excess zip tie off with scissors.

*Tip: Place all of the plants you want to use in your wall before you zip tie them in place. They will hold in place between the existing place so you have the opportunity to play with how you want your additional plants to look!
