SHIPPING INFORMATION
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it in our NJ based warehouse. However the length of time is heavily dependent on the size of your order.
We ship out orders within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Standard shipping arrives anywhere between 3-7 business days, while Expedited takes only 2 business days.
Can I pick my order up?
Sure! We have a warehouse in Hoboken, NJ and would be happy to pack your order for pick. Our team will even load the order into your vehicle for you.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United-States. For shipping outside of the U.S., please reach out to our support team as we do have warehouses in Europe.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer only standard ground shipping at this time. Our shipping times are minimal, however if you need expedited shipping we encourage you to contact us directly to see if there are options available.
How do I track my shipment?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order via Fedex.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order via the FedEx website.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Returns within the US can be shipped back to our warehouse at the expense of the purchaser. You can refer to the delivery paper within your package to organize and perform your return.
Returns from outside of the US are the responsibility of the buyer.
