How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it in our NJ based warehouse. However the length of time is heavily dependent on the size of your order.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners is presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order
- United-States: 2-3 Days (depending on order size and address)
- Canada: 3-5 Days (depending on order size and address)
Can I pick my order up?
Sure! We have a warehouse in Hoboken, NJ and would be happy to pack your order for pick. Our team will even load the order into your vehicle for you.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United-States and Canada.
For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support team as we do have warehouses in Europe.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer only standard ground shipping at this time. Our shipping times are minimal, however if you need expedited shipping we encourage you to contact us directly to see if there are options available.
How do I track my shipment?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order via.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order via the FedEx website.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
RETURNS POLICY
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Returns within the US can be shipped back to our warehouse at the expense of the purchaser. You can refer to the delivery paper within your package to organize and perform your return.
Returns from outside of the US are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product Details
A large scale artificial wall garden, though budget friendly in comparison to living and preserved walls, can still be quite an investment. That is why Naturalist proudly offers sample boxes for our Evergreen Panel collections.
We understand that when pitching creative biophilic elements in a project a rendering will not always close the deal. Oftentimes clients need to experience the product that will end up being a feature in their space. Touching our artificial green wall panels can help you show just how special the addition of a faux green wall will be.
Our samples can be shipped directly to you or your client. (We will even add a handwritten note should you decide for the sample to be sent directly to a client's home or office, just leave us a note at check out.) Each box comes with a 1’x1’ finished sample that includes ten plants affixed to our metal grid backing allowing you to see just how sturdy, and beautiful our artificial plant panels are.

Evergreen Faux Plant Panel Care Tips
Periodic Cleaning: Dust and debris can accumulate on the surface of artificial plants over time. Use a gentle brush or a damp cloth to wipe down the leaves and remove any dirt or grime.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Refrain from using harsh chemicals or cleaning solutions containing bleach, as they can damage the color and texture of the artificial plants. If you need to remove dirt or stains you can use a mild soap on a cloth with warm water.

How much does shipping cost?
Based on your location and the item you choose to purchase, your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. You will have the option of standard or expedited shipping.
Naturalist does not ship internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
We ship out orders within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Standard shipping arrive anywhere between in 3-7 business days, while Expedited takes only 2 business days.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
